How is the artwork on our products created?
All artwork is hand‑drawn and created by me, Denise, the artist and owner of Fonyea Sports. Our products are sold only through this website and our official Etsy shop. If you see our artwork or products sold anywhere else, they are not authentic.
How are our products made?
All items are made‑to‑order. We work with trusted print vendors in the United States and internationally to produce high‑quality, durable products.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Occasionally, seasonal gift‑wrap paper may be available for purchase.
Do you have wholesale opportunities?
Yes. For wholesale inquiries, please contact us at fonyeasports@gmail.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any additional fees charged by their country (customs, VAT, handling, etc.).
When will I receive my order?
Our journals take 2–5 business days in production and 3–7 business days to ship. Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Do you offer Rush Shipping?
No, we do not offer rush shipping at this time.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
No, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Where is my order?
Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment. USPS may pick up packages before updating their system.
How can I cancel my order?
All products are made‑to‑order and sent to production by 11:59 PM EST the day of your order. If you need to cancel, please contact us at fonyeasports@gmail.com.
Once your order is in production, the following applies:
- Non‑Personalized Items: A 10% cancellation fee applies if the item is already in production.
- Personalized Items: These are final sale and cannot be cancelled once sent to production.
