Processing Time

All items at Fonyea Sports are personalized and made‑to‑order. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days before your order is ready to ship. Some products may require additional time depending on the item and production schedule.


Shipping Methods

We offer Standard Shipping only. Most orders ship via USPS Standard Shipping, which typically delivers within:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO: 10–25 business days

  • Canada, UK, select European countries: 7–15 business days

  • Other international destinations: 30–45 days

Some items may ship separately depending on the product and manufacturing location.


International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally. Customers are responsible for all customs, VAT, duties, handling fees, or any additional charges required by their country. International orders may take 30–45 days depending on location and customs processing.


Free Shipping

Free Shipping applies to Standard U.S. Shipping unless otherwise stated. Customers must select the free shipping option at checkout to receive the offer. Free Shipping does not apply to expedited shipping methods. Free Shipping not always offered.

Rates may differ for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and islands. Example:

Continental U.S.: Free shipping at $75

Non‑continental U.S.: Free shipping at $100


Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is not offered at this time. Processing times cannot be expedited under any circumstances.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment. USPS may pick up packages before updating their system.


Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on the products purchased and the production locations used.


Shipping Costs

Shipping and processing fees are based on rates provided by our print vendors and vary by location.


Cancellations

Order Changes & Cancellations

All items are made‑to‑order and sent to production by 11:59 PM EST the day of your order.

  • Non‑Personalized Items: A 10% cancellation fee applies if the item is already in production.

  • Personalized Items: These are final sale and cannot be cancelled once sent to production.
